1. After Your Booking

Once your booking is confirmed and your e-ticket is issued, our post-ticketing team is here to assist with any changes or requests. All post-ticketing modifications are subject to airline rules and applicable fees.

2. Flight Changes

Need to change your travel dates, times, or route? Here's what to know:

  • Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • Airline change fees and any fare difference will apply.
  • FareBuzzz charges a processing fee of $25–$50 per change, per passenger.
  • Some promotional or discounted fares may not be eligible for changes.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type:

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Most airlines allow free cancellation for tickets booked at least 7 days before departure (as per DOT regulations).
  • After 24 hours: Airline cancellation penalties apply. Refund amount depends on fare rules.
  • Non-refundable tickets: May qualify for future travel credit with the airline, minus applicable fees.
  • FareBuzzz service fees are non-refundable.

4. Name Corrections

Minor name corrections (e.g., typos up to 3 characters) may be possible depending on the airline. Major name changes are generally not permitted after ticketing. A processing fee of $30 applies per correction request.

5. Seat Selection & Special Requests

After ticketing, our team can assist with:

  • Seat selection and upgrades (subject to airline availability)
  • Special meal requests
  • Wheelchair or mobility assistance
  • Adding frequent flyer numbers
